New content for a new breed of app

Megastar Millionaire is an exciting start-up which has developed one of the richest talent shows in the world, all hosted in an app.

Boatshed Media was asked to post produce social media for Megastar, led by judge and mentor Usher.

The focus of the brief was to turnaround 4K raw material quickly.

As the footage was shot in NTSC at 23.976 frames per second which had to be transcoded, then delivered in a smaller format. We had to significantly change our workflow to accommodate the different format and solve complex software issues on the fly in order to meet the deadline.

We delivered more than 132 edited pieces of footage in the first week of the project.
